제국주의 세력이 리비아 침략전쟁을 본격화하고 있습니다.
국제민중투쟁연맹(ILPS) 필리핀 지부에서 미국을 필두로 한 영국, 프랑스 등 제국주의 세력들의 리비아 침략전쟁에 대한 규탄성명서를 보내왔습니다. 이 사태를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각되어 성명서를 번역하여 올립니다.

2011. 3. 20 우리 국제민중투쟁연맹은 리비아와 리비아 민중에 대해 미국, 영국, 프랑스 그리고 그들의 동맹국들과 앞잡이들이 시작하고 있는 제국주의 침략전쟁을 강력히 규탄한다. 이 침략전쟁은 리비아의 국가주권과 영토보전에 대한 중대한 침해 행위이다.이 전쟁은 리비아 시민들의 생명을 구한다는 구실로 자행되고 있다. 그러나 일찍이 이라크를 유린한 데서 보여준 것처럼, 실제로는 엄청난 수의 리비아 인들을 살육하고 부상을 입힐 것이며 또한 리비아의 공중방어능력(방공망)뿐만 아니라 사회기반 시설도 파괴할 것이다. 미국이 주도하는 제국주의 강대국들의 목적은 초반동적인 친제국주의자들의 괴뢰정권을 수립하여 리비아와 리비아 민중의 석유, 가스 그리고 다른 천연자원들에 대한 해외 독점자본의 지배권을 강화하는 것이다. 그런데 리비아의 이 초반동적인 친제국주의자들은 민주주의자를 가장하지만 뻔뻔스럽게도 소멸한 옛 리비아 왕국의 국기를 흔들고 있다. 이제까지의 서구 제국주의 강대국들의 리비아에 대한 전투기, 크루즈 미사일, 그리고 함포의 폭격은 리비아의 경제적, 사회적, 그리고 방어 역량을 파괴하고 리비아의 제국주의 하수인들로 하여금 해외로부터 무기를 공급받으며, 내전을 악화시키고, 궁극적으로는 이라크처럼 제국주의 세력들에게 문을 완전히 열어놓도록 하기 위한 다단계 계획의 시작에 불과하다. 반제 세력, 공산주의자, 그리고 여타 좌파 조직들이 연관된 북아프리카나 중동에서의 여타 대중 봉기들과 달리, 리비아의 반정부 행동은 교육과 군사 교류를 통해 서구 강대국들에 의해 양성된 초반동적인 정치인들과 군 장교들에 의해 압도적이고 공공연하게 조종당하고 있다. 우리는 전 세계에 있는 국제민중투쟁연맹의 모든 가맹조직과 연대세력에게 미국이 주도하는 제국주의 강대국들의 침략전쟁에 맞서 그리고 또한 리비아의 제국주의 하수인들에 맞서 광범한 인민대중들을 각성시키고 조직하며 동원하는 캠페인과 활동을 시작하고 참여할 것을 호소한다. * 영어 원문 ILPS CONDEMNS IMPERIALIST WAR OF AGGRESSION

March 20, 2011 We, the International League of Peoples' Struggle, condemn in the strongest terms the imperialist war of aggression being launched by the United States of America, United Kingdom, France and their allies and puppets against Libya and the people of Libya. This war of aggression is a gross violation of the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of Libya. It is being carried out under the pretext of saving the lives of Libyan civilians but in fact it is planned to kill and injure great numbers of Libyans and destroy not only the air defense capabilities but also the social infrastructure of Libya, as earlier demonstrated in the devastation of Iraq. The objective of the imperialist powers headed by the US is to install a puppet regime of ultra-reactionary pro-imperialists masquerading as democrats but shamelessly flying the old flag of the defunct Kingdom of Libya and to tighten foreign monopoly capitalist control over the oil, gas and other natural resources of Libya and the Libyan people. The bombardments by war planes, cruise missiles and naval artillery so far carried out against Libya by the Western imperialist powers are the beginning of a multi-phased scheme to destroy the economic, social and defense facilities of Libya, allow the Libyan puppets to receive weapons from abroad, exacerbate the conditions of civil war and ultimately throw wide open the door to the imperialists as in Iraq. Unlike in the other mass uprisings in North Africa and Middle East where anti-imperialist, communist and other Left organizations are involved, ultra-reactionary politicians and military officers long cultivated by the Western powers through educational and military exchanges are overwhelmingly and openly in control of the anti-government actions in Libya. We call on all member-organizations and allies of the ILPS throughout the world to initiate and participate in campaigns and activities to arouse, organize and mobilize the broad masses of the people against the imperialist powers headed by the US for launching the war of aggression and likewise against the Libyan puppets. ###
